At Joshiz Luxury Cars, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent cancellation process while maintaining fairness for both our valued clients and our operations team.
1. General Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official booking portal.
- The date and time of the cancellation request received by us will determine applicable charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
2. Cancellation Charges

| Less than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up | No refund |

3. Modifications to Bookings
- Any request to change booking dates, vehicle type, or pick-up/drop location will be subject to availability.
- If the modification leads to a higher rental cost, the difference must be paid at the time of confirmation.
- If the modification results in a lower cost, the difference will not be refunded.
4. Chauffeur-Driven & Self-Drive Cancellations
- For chauffeur-driven bookings, cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched will incur a minimum one-day rental charge.
- For self-drive bookings, if the car has already been prepared and dispatched for delivery, a logistics and preparation fee of ₹5,000 will apply (in addition to applicable cancellation charges).
5. Early Return Policy
- If you decide to return the vehicle earlier than the booked duration, no refund will be issued for the unused rental period.
6. Force Majeure
Joshiz Luxury Cars shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
