1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Booking cancellations made within the eligible time frame (as per our Cancellation Policy).
- Double payment or any transactional error on our platform.
- Refundable security deposits, after successful vehicle inspection and clearance.
All refunds are processed through the original payment method used during booking.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
- No-show at the pick-up point or failure to submit required identification documents.
- Early vehicle return before the booked duration.
- Violations of rental terms, misuse, or damage to the vehicle.
- Any non-compliance with the booking agreement or policy guidelines.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Security deposit refunds are initiated only after the vehicle passes final inspection.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control; in such cases, please allow up to 15 working days.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- If the payment was made in cash or via bank transfer, the refund will be issued via NEFT/IMPS to the renter’s registered bank account.
5. Partial Refunds
In case of partial cancellation or modification:
- If the new rental cost is lower, the difference may be refunded (as per eligibility).
- If the new booking cost is higher, the renter will need to pay the difference before confirmation.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are eligible for a refund that has not been received, please contact us with:
- Your booking reference number
- Date and proof of payment
- A brief description of the issue
